Create a workspace, connect data and see your first dashboard.
Overview
MediPosIQ CareOps is organised around workspaces. A workspace represents your organisation and contains locations, departments, users, data sources, dashboards and workflows.
Create a workspace
Choose Get Started, create an account and enter your organisation details. Selecting an organisation type (hospital, clinic, network, diagnostic centre) loads a matching set of departments and a dashboard template.
Connect your first data source
You can start with the sample dataset, upload a CSV extract, or request a connector. CSV imports are mapped to the operational data model during setup.

Your first dashboard
After setup, CareOps generates an overview dashboard with KPIs, activity, department performance and alerts. Every dashboard can be filtered by location and date range.
