Operational data model
CareOps normalises data into a small set of entities: organisations, locations, departments, resources (beds, theatres, equipment), events and tasks.
Metrics
A metric has a definition (numerator, denominator, window), a source, a target and optional watch thresholds.
Alerts
Alerts are raised when a metric crosses a threshold or a rule matches an event. Each alert has a severity (critical, warning, info), an owner and a state (open, acknowledged, resolved).
Workflows
Workflows are sequences of steps triggered by events, thresholds or schedules. Steps can notify, create tasks, call webhooks, wait, or request approval.
